We have been working with Steve Voytek, General Manager of Caplans to resolve a continuing issue with our new Thermador Wall Oven. He has pledged to support & cover our backs and ensure that things are made right. This includes communicating directly with the highest levels at Bosch/Thermador on our behalf.
